We fished St Abbs today looking for Wrasse and we were'nt disappointed we had some smashers and on really light gear it was brill,well worth the trip
All fish were taken on rag so heres a few pics

Some nice wrasse there mate. I should have been up there myself, plenty small codling and coalies from the pier but not as good as those hard fighting wrasse.

Aye Mark,i was thinking that you would have loved pulling them in,really tight to the waters edge as per norm and about 2mins from the car as well RHS of the harbour from the corner of the high wall and RHS of the island tight in,you need to give it a go and no mountain climbing needed haha,Cheers for the reply mate

I'll give that place a shot Tony. There's still loads of spots up there that I have not fished, plenty more to discover in the coming seasons.
