Sea looked good so I started off at Colywell bay yesterday at 2pm from the curved high sea-wall to the left, not as much as single knock so after an hour moved to the beach, again not even a single tap
Bunch of surfers though entered the water about 300yds to my right then proceeded to paddle themselves out to a daft distance, eventually ending up directly in front of me, not a bright idea when I was chucking 6oz of lead around and big hooks! thankfully the managed to surf off to the left so were clear of the lines.
Little bit of bait left so I'll take the bairn down to Blyth harbour tonite for an hour.
