    Hi lads ...my debut post...ive been holding off till i counted myself worthy in this top class gathering lol!. seriously i had a crackin night yesterday 2 hours before low water 1st cast 8lb cod! 2nd cast 4ld kelpy cod!! and 4th cast another 8lb cod!!! allin the space of 2hrs. Fished the Amble area. Great night!!!

                    Nice fish. what a cracking neet, what bait did you get them on?
                    It's a thin line that seperates an Angler from a madman standing on the beach in january at midnight in -5 degrees with a northerly wind blowing in your face

                          Thanks for the welcoming words lads got all the fish on fresh dug lug tipped with rag so pretty "normal" stuff just hit right i guess. Hope you all get fish those who are oot the night.

                              It would have been the lug dug with my fork eh Craig? Thats what made the difference well done on those fish lad, they are belters, did you get them from the normal place or somewhere different? Good Luck with some more yarkers, I am not back from sea until the 31st so leave some for me,
