    had a few hours down at my usual mark with my dad this afternoon, my dad got a nice flounder unusual for the mark Ive only ever seen 1 very small one caught in 18 yrs and a few small codling me well all I could manage was a crab a chuck , normally this time of year it is full of 1lb 2lb codling and if they aren't feeding you get pestered by small whiteling today bites were few and far between hope things improve soon or I can see the fly gear coming back out

        yeah was on the tyne down jarra on friday 9 till 1 and all i got was 3 7inch whities and a crab, had to use the bait from wednesday anyway, congraton your dads catch
