Had a shot down the big beach last night with sigsy, wasnt much of a sea on but thought we'd have a shot anyway, had some cracking lug from Reelsport but the cod mustn't of fancied them, anyhow had 5 fish between us 1 Coaley and 4 Whitey. Canny little sech al in all fished 2 hours down and 2 up.

Yeah, good session, shame I flipping pulled me hamstring when that rouge wave knocked me off balance, made me do the biggest splits I've ever done in my life, I knew that "twang" I felt in the back of leg wasn't good
, woke up this morning and my leg was in agony.
