  • craster and then to seaham

fished cullernose point up craster fri night, good sea on-perfect conditions judging by other good sessions i've had up there.
fished from 6pm till 3am sat morn with muscle, squid crab and yellows.ONE TINY BITE ALL NIGHT , NO FISH.

anyway, got a call from jonesey at 7 this evening. said he had a fish tied up just down from noses point at seaham. said it would'nt lift at all.
got in my van straight down there.... took my rods and a bucket of crab.
just before i got there the fish had worked its way off the hook so jonesesy waited till low water and ofcourse no sign of it
by about 8 the tied was rushing out and we managed another 5 casts or so, i hooked into one but came off on the retrieve.
a few lads on the blast had a bag of cod. biggest 4lb i think.

just shows the fish can be local and theres no need to travel
