Fished the windsock sunday night. Fantastic nights fishing for the spurs, lost count how many I had in a crazy 2 hour spell. Started to feel sory for my son who wasnt getting a lot of success but he was rewarded eventually with a magnificent 11lb 4oz spur. 5 minutes later I got one 10lb 2oz. All the spurs were good size nothing under 4lb. Also had 2 small thornies and lots of lsds the doggies were a pain at times.
Was going to fish a different place tonight but after that session its a no brainer, back to the windsock it is. Just seen a bloke I work with at Nissan and he's joining us for a session tonight. Just hope my baits are still fresh enough tonight. Need to try and source some fresh baits either catch some macky somewhere or find a tackle shop that sells some decent frozen baits.
Got some great piccys that I'll post later this week when I get home.
