        I didnt take my scales mate but I would guess around the 2 1/2 to 3lb mark, Gonna have another hour or 2 there tomorrow

          Awesome catch mate!

          Seen a few jumping out the water on Sunday morning - down next to the brigade hut and on the harbour side of the 44, both places only about 20-30yards out.

                        Well done, didn't think they would take anything when I have seen them jumping. I will be chucking everything at them next time

                            When I lived in Devon, had a 12lb sea trout on peeler when fishing Budleigh beach on a 7lb test curve carp rod! Made a pleasant change from dogfish and pouting...
