  • Crabsticks long day Roker pier

Me , mad rob and outcast Chris fished Roker from 10 till 8 at night just as the heavens opened , thunder and lightning
Fished with Andy Nooofish for a couple of hours and even seen cosmic cat in the bay on the kayak I swapped him , he got snagged and when trying to get it out his rod snapped in half lol
The fish came in slowly with all of us catching , we had codling ,scorpions ,dabs. Flounders. Coalies. Big rocklings and another new species for me a nice pollack
The dolphins were out in force again maybe as close as 20 yards
There was 3 makki caught all day and done a good deed by dropping a young angler off at hendon on the way home he would of been drenched
    A couple of pics

Till next time boys be safe out there

Sounds like a canny day Mick. A flounder, a dab and a lobster were all I had at ssp. I got a couple of soakings and left about 4.30.

well done fellas, sounds like a good day out.

Was the young hendon kid a little blonde one who doesnt shut up? I was on there the other day and he was fishing next to me and he bleeted on all day long - he's no bother though, and he is putting the effort in.

How mick. I've just realised. How come you haven't mentioned that lovely red and white line that attracted the fish to ya bait.
