fished from 3 till 7.30 and caught BOTT ALL conditions were perfect only had two small bite but they never come back there was'nt much weed in the water either. there was two lads fishing on the point to the left hand side of me and they did not get nowt either. bait used was rag,runnydowm,squid,mussel,razor and macky. time to wash the gear down and put it away till the end of september.

i was at the mudhole too yesterday only stopped about an hour left at 5.30 then went onto seaburn beach for another couple of hours ended up with one 6 inch tommy codling. using squid runny and mussel.target of 10 codling this season and gonna try for a pig!!!!1
