        Try this: -

STEETLEY PIER - Sea Fishing In Hartlepool

Ignore the bit about the fishing/parking charges as they no longer apply, unfortunatly the bit about having the car damaged does apply so park in the local housing estates and walk.

Before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes. After that who cares?... He's a mile away and you've got his shoes!

hi codboy, the steetly pier or the jetty as it,s locally called is in hartlepool, its a wooden structure just over half a kilometer long and about 30 ft high its surrounded by sand so no gear loss, and on it,s day when the cod or any other fish come on it,s unbeatable, plus as the sea runs under it, its safe even in the biggest seas , but today for the first time in 6 yesrs me and my mate blanked not even a bite and thats very unusual
