Well me mate picked is up around 8pm,we went straight to the Boars head area.
Well started of at Boars head(corner near the fishquay) area around 8.15pm nowt was happening except odd bite, same over glassy nowt apparently or i also seen a few flashing lights(headlamps flashing) over the glassy don't no what they were but never seen out like it over there before LOL. We then went to the Rat house later on only to find the car park was shut, so we went to Mark X again very very quiet until i had this proper tiny bite LOL, which resulted in this little flounder.
other piccy of MASSIVE Flounder LOL.
Then i had another stonker of a bite which resulted in this(Rockling);
other picture of rockling;
Never started getting bites until tide was ebbing which can be unusual for this place as it normally fishes best low rite through the flood.
Packed in around 1.30am, Baits used Runnydown,Fresh mussel,Mackeral and Ragworm both fish were caught on runnydown.
Temperatures dropped slightly tonite the gritters were out in numbers, hope we get a stir up soon as we need it.
