Nice day and nothing better to do today so headed for a nice easy spot for a bit or R and R after crap week at work.

Fished 3hrs upto hight tide using two rods...ended up having a canny sesh, often catch at this mark but mainly pin head whiting etc.

Ended up with 8 whiting best about 1lb12oz, 1 colie about 10", 2 blenny, 1 tiny dab and 4 codling best just over 2lb.

Nothing of great size but good fun, best wait was yellow tails tipped with rag for the codling and colie, whiting mackerel as per.

Few fishing and all catching around the same.

Lol nar just using size 1/0 on 1 rod 2 hook flapper and pully rig on other with larger baits.

Not long mind for the half mackerel flapper bet your the same as me and cant wait.

Got load sof time off this summer and i mena loads so hitting the boats hard this year if weather ok

Glad you had a good day. I,m down the Pool tomorrow. Same as you sh--e few nights at work and just nice to get out again fishing.
