Bass at Horden tonight.

How bloody typical is this??

Last night my mate Joe fished my fave spot on Horden and took 8 cod to 9lb, while I'm stuck at work. Then tonight the two lads I go with every weekend fish the same bloody spot and 1 of them took a 3lb bass. Where was I?? At bloody work....again!!!!

Have to say well done to Wally though, he only started fishing a few months ago. Apparently the sea wasn't as big as yesterday. I believe it was taken on rag,runnydown and razor. He didn't see the bite, but when he reeled in it gave him a hell of a fight. I'll put some pics on as soon as Greeny gets them off his phone.

Good fighting fish bass, only ever caught 3 on the north east coast best just over 4lb from Hendon. I know of a few lads that target them with good results in our area but nothing of any great size.

Well done that man anyway.
