As a new sea angler and member of NESA , I would like to say a massive thanks to the anglers I met on the Headland and at Steetly pier for their advice and knowledge. After setting up half way along the jetty I landed over 20 Whiting and a couple of flatties.
Cheers again to the monkey hangers.

Hello Barney and welcome to NESA.
One of the best things i have found with the forum is new friends.
Myself, beachlover (craig) and Insano (Ian) have had a couple of outings. All good company. I show them the Hartlepool spots (as i used to live there)such as Steetly and the lads are showing me other spots such as Leymouth.
All being well me and Ian are down Steetly on Thursday. I am also planning a trip for the lads at either Parton Hole or the Staincliffe as Craig likes beaches.
I,d like to say keep an eye out for me in the red and black Sundridge suit. But there is loads of them.
Glad you enjoyed your day.
