First time fished there and impressed with the pier. Some really friendly locals too who talked about the structure round the pier as well as told me a few spots to try so thanks lads, if you are on this site.
Too windy to fish effectively although I did manage a small Whiting which at least saved a blank. I will give it another try before too long although I am told that the pier is going to be closed in April for several months for work to be carried out. Some nice looking beach marks to try up there as well so will be giving them a go. All in all an enjoyable day even if I didn't catch much!
