    Going for a couple of days away just wondering whether to take me fishing gear.can anyone help tell me where to fish or shall I just leave me gear at home
    ?? Any advice please cheers

    Don't know much about the fishing, but spend a day at south lakes animal park, I was there yesterday, very interesting.

        uve got nowt to lose...taking ur gear.. i fished at silloth not where u are and had fun...read yesterday the smuts in big numbers in silloth , u might be lucky n get one too ?

                  beach at milom 7 moes away is good for bass place doggies ray waco and me went a few years ago all we had was small fattys as we were leaving the locals were ariving the said it fished better after dark the mark is called whitehouse milom

                      i am from Cumbria originally

                      its great to fish walney island has a brilliant beach to fish little town called askam in furness that is great for digging lug and it has a nice pier for fishing off its only a half mile long but rough on the car at the beginning but you can drive right down to the end.
