  • horden beach (27-09-07)

hi guys went fishing today at horden near the tank blocks (not far from black water). was pointless going down cos it was too rough to fish.

when i casted out with a 6oz drag it would pick it up and move it down the beach. casted out once and the wind was stong enough to move my sinker 45degrees to the right of where i casted to before it even hit the water.

fished from the clay shelf cos the sea was coming right in.

got drenched cos a wave came that far up it went over my chestwaders when i went to cast out from off the beach......... thats when i decided to go home.

at least i got the fresh seawater for the freshly dug rag i got for the comp on sunday.

fishing session lasted all of 2 hours.

well going diggin for lug and gonna look for some fresh mussel too tomorra then i will have 6 different baits for the comp on sunday.

gonna try and put a video of the beach up later what i took on my phone
