Local rock mark 22-11-13

Planned on fishing lynmouth beach but got held up so just headed to a local rock mark. Was a poor night fishing just wasn't getting a sniff and loosing all my gear just about every cast. Thought for sure I was going to blank even though the conditions were just about perfect, but on my second last cast pulled in a nice codling at 2lb5oz, was heavier than it looked to me but was just glad not to blank haha baits used were blacks crab and mussel. Plenty heads out tonight so hoping to c a few good reports.
