    Got down about 2.30 in the afternoon went to north end mucky bay sea had a nice roll on it using lug and clam first cast out about 20 mins decided to change bait got gear in and to my surprise cod on ya cod that was about 5 inches long and fitted in the palm of me hand back you go
    Next cast another cod about a pound this is a bit better then nothing for the next two hrs sea dropping perfect where's the fish ?
    Moved back south to the blocks at deneholme and talked to a lad next to me had one to 2 lb got one more bit flatty then home at 7
    Didn't blank but nothing to take home may have better luck on Friday after this blow up we are expecting
    Saw two local lads go to the waterhole bell hole don't know how they did fished the tide back clarky catch ought

      hi gary , ye it was a tough nite fish wise. the 2lb from the lad came just before darkness on big rag baits the lad had said all the runny and lug were untouched. bring on the weekend i say.

          Think the cod are taking on razor clam and crab at the moment next trip out will be testing that theory out hope to see some decent size ones not tiddlers lol
