went down fishing roker pier 10pm until 2, me and my mate had around about 10 flounders between us along with a few nice dabs some well over 30cm and also lots of little undersized stuff. My other mate caught a sole around the 2 and a half pound mark which is a rarity on Roker as there have only been a few caught over the past few years, there was also a few bass caught only small ones though upto a pound and a half during the day, i do now definitly one had been caught as my mate had a picture of it on his phone, he said a women caught it and he returned it to the water as soon as he had taken a picture of it.I also caught lots of Rockling as well and again these where a good size too some over 33cm, but at the end of the day a good couple of hours fishing.

Roker Pier
Aie mate, i had taken the picture at shields pier as i never had my camera with me when my mate caught it of Roker and he also wanted it filleting so he brought it with him whilst we were spinning of shields. I'll have to keep my camera in my tackle box because theres lots of rare species turning up now, there was 3 bass caught the same day my mate caught the sole, but they were only small.
