Had 3 fish in 1st 4 casts today. Then nowt till light faded. Then u couldn't get through the whiting. Taking baits before the touched the deck.

spot on steve0 i was down yesterday no codling for me but i got 3 cracking whitings on the se corner loads of meat and muscle on them like you lol welldone

I Stan, I was talking to graham and Shaun, who were down. Said you were fishing yesterday. Ended up with 3 codling, and when the sun started to sink, the whiting were every chuck. All long and skinny though. Was nakkad off walking down the stairs !! Lol

The 40cm whiting and then loads of dabs, no codling. All of the dabs were over 30cm so some good size ones, nice and thick too. Should have kept a couple really. I don't know how they were getting the big baits in their mouths, greedy buggers!
Off up North to try my luck tonight.
