    Had run back to blyth before the sea died away and had a nice little session

      I got there when it went flat only got 1 28cm bearded rockling. Nice bag of fish- we're you fishing the beach?

        Aye the north end had a feeling it would be busy down there seen all the lights so tried another spot

            Well done, it was busy down there last night with a lot of the Whitley & Blyth lads out. I found it really on / off last night - nothing happening for an hour then fishing suddenly would go daft, unfortunately half of what I got was just undersize. Patchy too, with lads just down from me struggling to get a bite - I think the best bag in our comp came from down by the Astley end, although lads down by the Sluice ended up with mostly flounders.

              Aye gary that's exactly how it went m8 "still managed a couple when it went flat had one on and must of got stuck behind a sandbar it was pulling all the time cant say what size it might have been but lost it anyway bummer

                      aye just down from the car park its best just to move about and try to find the fish theres gulles and sand bars all the way along the beach m8

                            It fished right the way through tbh it would go frantic one minute then quiet. top, half down ,bottom , slack. on sat nite for a time we had nothing then it would kick off again so the fish must be on the mouve

                              There was a net shot on the north end of Blyth beach yesterday, from the ranch north towards the pier.
