Heugh and Steetly piers.

Went onto the Heugh at about 2pm low tide. Massive swell. Thought should i or should,nt i. Went to the end and set up. Small wave lapped the top and then i packed up and left without casting.
Went round to Steetly. Quite a few on. Fished from the middle platform to the right and caught two baby codlings (both returned) and a nice size flattie which i gave to a guy who was,nt having any luck.
Lovely sea running.
Used rag and mackeral.

Nearly papped when the wave came over. Thank god it was little.
