Fished shields groyne today to use the bait up some bait off yesterday from 10 till 3. I met Waco off the site. Nice bloke. Cheers for the glue. The fishing was crap. I blanked, me mates leeroy caught an eel, Wilfy caught a coalie foul hooked up the spam fritter and Waco had a small coalie not long before I left.

It's the first time I've been a no fish for weeks. I'll have to get something next week or I'll be sick.

I'm surprised there wasn't a load of small codling in the river with these tides. Saying that I blanked at the walkway a few weeks ago.

hi mate nice to meet you and your mates,, was nowt after you left only had another few cast when that A******H**** in the speed boat came in so close and took me all my line and was very lucky he he did'nt take the rest of me gear with him, so after that couldnt be bothered to get another reel out and went home
