14 hr night session long night

Fancied an all nighter so me Mad rob. Codfather 145 and outcast Chris headed to the ramp on the rat house at 5.30 with Fishingmark heading to shields pier
Fishingmark got a 38 cm cod from the pier weldone mate
We stopped at the ramp till 1 in the morning the sea was flat as a witches tits but we kept going


It was a lovely evening I caught a cod just under size , 2 whiting and 2 flounders no keepers
Codfather had A couple of flounders and whiting and madrob had 1 whiting it was that thin it looked like an eel
Poor outcast - terry wogen. Caught nowt and the ring on the end of his rod was fraying his line so couldn't use 2 rods
Outcast and Codfather went home at 1.30 so we decided to swap venues and headed for seaham to fish the beginning of the pier ( forgot its name ) it was literally a bite every cast with us both into big whities of 39 and 40 cm
A got my 1st sized cod of 38cm so was over the moon not massive but a good start all fish were took on yellow tails tipped off with razor
No wind and a lovely sunrise lol



Fished till 7.30 ended with 5 keepers 1 codling. 3 whiting and 1 coalie

Great night withe some great banter and a few fish suppers which are very rare for me which is nice as I normally get given other peoples fish

There was a 4 liber and a few 2 lbers a doggie and a sole caught off the pier also
Off to bed now at 10 in the morning absolutely shattered but can't wait for the next session

Canny session lads. I packed in at low water on the pier, there were a few more codling but not for me , I ended with just the one. I didn't lose any gear at all which was a bonus after last week.
Lovely weather, I didn't put a coat on until about 8 o'clock.

I blanked cos rob kept trying to give me a reach around and doing his qfx dance while I was casting

Forgot about the strange going on , on the beach the mind boggles and for the reach arounds and side winders glad I'm not in the same room in Blackpool lol
