                I love that beach mate...but it only produces decent cod when it's big, but not too big, if you know what I mean?? Others around me last night were struggling to hold bottom, and were being washed in....I was pendulum casting a green head impact lead a long way last night, and fished fairly comfortably - a bit of rubbish came on as the tide ebbed!

                    sorry to bother you again but which type of rod do you use? i use my grandads old greenheart wooden one ;is it the same as yours ;21 foot long and over 2 stone in weight? i bet you could cast about 70 yards with yours; can you with bait on?

                    also is it best to hold your fish at arms length when you photograph it; because it says in my fishing book that it makes a small fish like yours look bigger.
                    could you get me one of tose 3ooyds running badges;like what you have; how long have you been into athletics?
