        Roker pier

Welcome to NESA. It was me that came over and offered assistance as I had nothing better to do - didn't have a whiff of anything on the feathers and only one tiny flounder on the big rod. You did well getting 2 in one go as there was very little else being caught when I was there. I did see one guy catch 2 pollack on his float rod further down the pier before I headed up towards the round end. Off down later today to finish off the bait I have - hopefully will have more success today!

Kenny Fox, now there is a name from the past. Looked after me well as a bairn finding my way in sea fishing, always had a bit of advice and without fail sorted me out with top notch bait from his shop on North Terrace. Seems a shame to remember that back then there were two good fishing shops in Seaham and now there are none.

Welcome to the site and well done on your catch. I was thinking of having a couple of hours on Roker after graft last night but I'm glad I ended up not bothering now
