me , alan39 ,madcast13 and anth fished a pier down hartlepool , i think its called the huff or heugh or somthing like that , got there about 1 pm nowt for the first hour , then i got a good knock got slack lined , nowt then another good knock got a codling about 1 1/2 lb then alan39 got a good knock he got a codling at 3 1/2 lb then i got slack lined (again) then madcast13 got 2 small codling and a whiting , baits used , peeler crab , rag and mussel , my codling was on crab , and alan39 codling was on rag , canny day

well done poacher had a look there couple of weeks ago but decided against it as the railings looked dificult to negociate

the railings are not that bad , but on the pier can be very dangerous on a big sea ,
