went out last night for a chuck or two on blyth beach. 1st stop middle toilets area which i have never fished before, so after being told where to go drove straight in at the toilets and onto that little track which is just behind and proceeded to drive north and ended up at the prom. drove back with loads of people giving me funny looks and the odd finger but missed the toilet turn off and ended up at seaton sluice carpark . after a while i did make it back to the correct carpark and was informed by fishfinder that the road i was on is just for dogs stupid joggers, non trafic etc, oops. got down to the beach just a little north of the toilets and had a couple of chucks but the sea was still a little strong bringing my line round from north to south. decided to move up the beach back up to right of the ist pipe and then further south to the bandstand where fishfinder was. i packed in at 11.30pm with not even one knock. perfect conditions but not one bite . baits used crab, squid, rag, lug, mussell. dont know if paul got anything as he stopped for there. ONE DAY!!!!!!!!!!
cheers

Fished the pipe myself and didn't get nowt myself, thought i saw Marks car in the park.
By the sound of it though he could have been in the bandstand
Had a few good knock but couldn't seem to connect with owt.
Bait used was lug, razor, frozen crab and even some whole sandeels since reports are that the cod are stuffed with them.
But like Fishfinder felt better for being in the open air.

i did not know, it was dark and lost lol. every time i saw someone i slowed right down, pulled off the road and aknowleged with a wave and a little flash of my lights, very polite, but most of the people just shook there heads and looked p**sed off. we all make mistakes now and again i did stop once to tell one jogger to chill out but he seemed to run faster lol
i did relise i was on the wrong road after a while oops.
