a lad i know caught a 15 lb plus cod on seaham pier , as he lifted it the hook straightened and the fish fell on the pier . another lad looked at it as it lay near the edge and said thats a nice fish , the lad who caught the fish asked the other to move it away from the side . to late the fish flipped its tail and it was gone . the lad then cast out again and caught an estimated 12lb cod , nowt after that .
