We fished 2hours down & 2 up caught 1 fish between us, a very small rockling, on the menu for the fish tonight, were fresh salmon & muscle that was lightley marinaded in a peeler crab oil laid on a fresh bed of squid, followed by lug and rag for dessert they loved it, cleaned every hook clean, not the slightest thing left on the platter. so I'm going to try tomorrow with the leftovers, big bay I think, where I'll serve up the usuall gastromanic feast (is that a real word ? ) for our local fish/ crabs . I would like to thank Dave the chef for the salmon off cuts. I thought it might work, but it did'nt, might try smoked salmon next time just incase the fish have changed their tastes, so tomorrow I.m trying a cheese & ham toastie, with a a gammon relish followed by a black forest gateaux thats if I can whip it onto 3/0, at least they will be well fed ,,,, cheeers Tich
