posted on 20/3/2005 at 01:51Hello all,just got home from a weeks fishing in the Gambia.We arrived with the unenviable conditions of an onshore wind,which coupled with the big tides didnt exactly fill us with confidence.
As expected the real big fish didnt show,but we all caught loads of fish the best being a 30lb stingray for Andy Rutherford.
As is usual the week before we arrived the place was hotchin with big fish,but to hit on them you need a settled sea.Still it was good crack,and we are going back in january for another go at them!
P.S. Gordon your wives are still there waiting for you!!!!!!!!
