Fished the Rathouse from 7am - 12pm this morning as everywhere else seemed too rough.
Had a codling (1 1/2lb) on a mussel / mackeral / squid cocktail and a flounder (1 1/4lb) on a lug and razor cocktail (both on 4/0 pulley pennels!!)
Old bloke fishing next to me had a codling (2 1/2lb) on a squid head!!
Nobody else seemed to be catching owt and there was quite a bit of weed kicking about.
