    just in from the Arbroath open,conditions were spot on with a southerly sea and plenty colour.92 fished never heard how many weighted in.
    heaviest fish,10.75856lb
    heaviest bags.
    1st 53.15346lb for 13 codling
    2nd 50.77247lb for 15 codling
    3rd 36.97153lb. for 15 codling
    prizes went down to 9th and that bag was 24.80201lb
    my mate andy was 3rd i went walkabout and had 5 for 9lb.
    top bait for us was crab/mussell/lug cocktails.
    heres andys fish.

    Alan i am still trying to find out the winners name will let you know when i find out,Dougie Drummond had the heaviest fish,2nd was Ron Wood 3rd was Andy Brown.
    Davy dont know where the heaviest bag came from 2nd heaviest came from carnoustie area Andy and my self were down ethie area and a few other good bags came from the red head area,you need a oxygen bottle for that one though 30o climb

    Jim this was a daytime match with bright sunshine all day m8,sea was cracking though with plenty motion and colour.
    Tony just been looking at the weather for this w/e and its all westerlies will be a bit scratchy me thinks
