was fishing smiths dock between 7.30ab &1pm got 2 nice cod best 5lbs and 4 whiting between 2-3lbs

thats a cracking bag of whiting m8 never had 1 of 2lb but to have 4 in 1 session excellent..

heard many a good report from smiths ,its just a pity you cant park and fish (keep an eye on the car) might try a chuck down the icehouse soon as there seems to be a few bigguns being caught up and down the tyne
whats a 5lb cod ? and i only thought whiting came in 8oz sizes

bri you can park your car in the car park at the boat that they turned into a night club just down from DFDS, i park there all the time no probs at all m8,Take about 5min to walk to the dock.Me m8 took a picture of the cod,am back at work friday al get it then and post on website A.S.A.P

and its not my car but the lad i fish with likes to keep it where he can see it
just had a thought ?isnt the boat on the gateshead side of the river ?
