posted on 22/11/2004 at 19:02Fished 2 hours either side of low water yesterday. Had 3 small codling, all about 1 and three quarter pounds. Lost one about 4 on the top. My mate Shaun had one about 5 - 5 and a half. Bites a cast an hour into the flood, but as quick as they came on, they f***ed off again!
There was a lovely roll on, would have thought there would have been more and bigger fish, but at least its a start.
