started out on the north end of the beach not a lot happening the sea was running well with signs of a very big tide.
moved onto the pier fished half way up then moved onto the end very very cold, this seemed to knock the whiting on the head only small numbers showing. Quite a few Codling caught (nowt for me) Ell had a coulple of whiting our mate also and one nice codling weighing about 2.3/4lb
Saw one fish come out about the 4lb mark
hightlight of the night was a young lad having a fire on the pier whilst fishing with his old man (mmmmm wooden pier)
