posted on 19/7/2004 at 06:48Down on blyth pier sunday morning, knew it wasn't gonna be good when people were already leaving at 6am... didn't see a single thing caught, not even a bite to bait and no strikes on the spinners. Spotted John coming out of the harbour and sailing off into the distance. Decided to shoot along to the tyne for a try. Same deal there though, not a single knock. Sat watching all the boat lads heading out and cursed frequently that I didn't have the time to hitch a ride. Took a few photo's of the big ferry coming in then packed up. Nice morning though so nowt lost really.
