The match fished in conjunction with the South Beach club comp was fished in flat conditions over low tide (LW at 2.47pm 1.71mt) and a great turnout saw a total of 37 anglers fishing, 27 South Beach and 10 Blyth. Top 5 weights from each club were:
S.BEACH - S Alexander 4-5.5, G King 2-9.5, S Robson 2-3.5, I Stott - 1-7, P Smithson 1-5.6 giving a total of 11lb 15.1oz.
BLYTH - I Greenacre 3-14.5 (inc turbot 1-12.6), J Patterson 2-6, C Kell 0-12.2 giving a total of 7lb 0.7oz.
