    Whitley Bay AS winter league - 06/11

    10 members fished tonight over high water, largely flat but with a strengthening wind. Blyth beach came up with the goods again tonight, while those of us on the rock edges had a thoroughly grim night

    1st - Shaun Golightly, 10wh. 2fl. 1 dab - 9lb 4oz (Blyth)
    2nd - Kev Burton, 8wh 1 fl. 6lb 12oz (Blyth)
    3rd - Simon Todd, 4wh. 2fl. 4lb 00oz (Blyth)
    4th - Garry Thompson, 2wh. 1fl. 1lb 12oz (Blyth)
    5th - Marty Elliot, 1 cod 1lb 9oz (Rex Prom) Heaviest Fish
    6th - Mick Clark 1 fl. 1lb 2oz (Colleywell)

      Sod's law mate - after sunday I wasn't going back to the beach, was determined to get a codling from the back of the King's but not to be lol!

          Species 2012 - Cod, Flounder, Dab, Plaice, Pollock, Eelpout, Common eel, Granny Fish, Whiting, Coalie, LSD, Rockling, Bass.
