Very hard work tonight Marty!!! I was out with Sourth Beach tonight, managed one 6lb 9.5oz first chuck on St Mary's - then never had a bite the rest of the night!

Hope it's a bit calmer at the weekend for the Xmas Fayres! Well done to all who managed to stay on their feet, let alone catch (Yes I got blown over once lol)

Ha ha, yeah I got hit by countless bits of flying trash that were lashing across the island, old newspapers, carrier bags & god knows what else! Got a face full of flying sand coming off over the causeway on the way back to the car as well - still haven't got it all out of my eyes

Also ran into a face from the past in the car park on the way down - old Johnny Nixon out with the dog. Had a bit craic before I set off, and I tell you, for someone who's got to be nigh on 80 years old he could certainly still move when his cap blew away - I managed to track it with my headlamp as he went racing round the car park lol!
