Northumbria Police SAC - Craster 16/10/11

10 Anglers turned out to fish points match as per SAMF size chart where anything 18cm or over earned points. Boundaries between Howick and Seahouses. Fished 2 down and 2 up (10am-2pm) with the majority fishing rock marks. Not many codling about so it was down to a few coalies, flounder, 1 x codling and wrasse. Steve Walker scooped the H/F pool with a 47cm wrasse and the only codling (34cm) for the biggest bag on points. One unfortunate lost a pollack (between 3-4lb) float fishing down the side of Beadnell Point when it threw the hook at the feet of the angler who will remain nameless. 5 Managed to trouble the scorer.
