    17 hardy souls fished from 10 til 3 in the rain but 10 were rewarded with fish for the weigh in

    1st Tony Taylor 5 coaly,2 flounders,1 dab,3 mackerel,2 cod,1 plaice 18 lb 3 ozs
    2nd Dave Hayley 6 coaly, 1 flounder, 1 dab 7 lb 14 ozs
    3rd Bob Gascoigne 3 coaly, 1 cod, 1 flounder, 1 plaice 6 lb 6 ozs

    H/F Tony Taylor cod 2 lb 14 ozs

        All retired club members matches are fished on Tynemouth pier unless weather conditions closes the pier

                      he started at the top next to the lighthouse ,and ended up in the free zone fifty yards from the small railing in the heavy ,he had five coalys averaging a pound and a half at the top ,and had cod macky ,and amixed bag from the rough , davy
