  • Northumbria Police SAC - Blyth 30th Jan 2011

    Match 2 of the year fished using points sytem with everything 18cm and over earning points. Blyth Pier and Blyth beach were the more popular marks with the winner fishing the pier and a close 2nd and 3rd from the middle toilets on the beach which were predominantly flounder. The rockling were out in force on the pier. 10 fished and 10 scored. Well done to Mick.

    1.Mick Todd 13 fish 181pts.
    2.Ray Archbold 11 fish 177pts.
    3.Fred Douglas 6 fish 128pts.
    4.Peter Morgan 10 fish 124pts.
    5.Steve Foster 10 fish 104pts.
    6.I.Jackson 8 fish 88pts.
    7.M.Thompson 4 fish 61pts.
    8.S.Walker 1 fish 52pts.
    9.C.Bath 3 fish 25pts.
    10.P.Brooks 1 fish 13pts.

    H/F was joint between F.Douglas and S.Walker who both had a 35cm Flounder each (52 pts).

          I should be fishing the next match,I hear charlie has got himself a canny rod.It needs to be tested with a few decent fish although theres not many about .

                Mr Rat,

                You going to be OK for Sandsend ?....or do you need an umpa lumpa trolley for your gear and another for your posterior ?
