Westoe club match results

we fished are first match of the year on the 9th of jan
mick jewit had 3 fish for 3lb 11
trev davidson had 1 fish for 1lb 11
hf 1lb 13
mick jewit.

Are 2nd match was the 23rd at blyth
and we spent 5 hours with not one of us having a single bite.

We fished today with new rules after are AGM yesterday.
we now have adopted a catch and release when we fish together.
the fish is weighed and returned alive whenever possible.
unless the fish is to be kept for a members own consumption.
if a member is fishing alone then the fish has to be brought back to the weigh in to claim.
Forgot to mention todays match
we all fished shields pier for a change!!!!
undersized coalies caught all returned alive
there were a lot of lads out up and down the pier
and we never saw any size fish .but there is always next time.

and we were getting withdrall symptoms.
