The final qualifying competition for this years Civil Service final was held at the Business Park with 8 anglers taking part in a pegged CMR match. The fishing wasn't as good as anticipated and those with a high peg draw were at a disadvantage with most fish coming from pegs 1 - 5.

2nd Mark Atkinson 13 fish 380cm
3rd Ray Edmonds 8 fish 225cm
4th Dave Grieve 8 fish 213cm
5th Dave McKenzie 4 fish 97cm
6th Rob Wilson 3 fish 70cm
7th Mark Chapman 3 fish 62cm
8th Phil Darling 2 fish 44cm
After 3 matches the top 3 anglings were Mark Atkinson, Alan O'Neill and Ray Edmonds who qualify for the final which will be held at Slapton Sands in Devon in October.
