First match of the new year was fished 10 til 2-30 on pier and roving. There were 27 members fished and only 11 managed to catch sizeable fish. A few decent codlings and whittings to 1 lb 9 ozs. The winner easily out fished everybody else on the pier.

1st Steve Harper 1 coaly 7 whittings ,3 cod for 19 lb 14 ozs
2nd Paul Foster 7 whittings,1 cod,1 dab for 7 lb 1 ozs
3rd Edd Harvey 1 cod,1 whitting,1 coaly for 4 lb 12 ozs

H/F Steve Harper cod 5 lb 3 ozs
2nd H/F was tied between Steve Harper and Edd Harvey cod 3 lb 3 ozs

A very well done to Steve Harper on an excellent bag of fish.
