2nd Match-7pm till 11pm(H/W 9.45pm)
Sea conditions-Flat calm
Started off in bright sunlight resulting in not much being caught apart from a couple of weavers and swimmer crabs.As darkness fell things didnt improve,then after a good hour of darkness the whitey's came out to play resulting in plenty of bites.A lot of fish were slightly under size for our matches(whiting=31cm)though there were still a few fish brought to the scales.
RESULTS-
1st-Mick Edwards-9 fish(whiting)=5lb-08oz
2nd-Paul Raison-5 fish(whiting)=2ib-12oz
3rd-Ernie Williams-4 fish(whiting)=2lb-04oz
There were no cod caught but in all it was a slight improvement on last week.
Lets hope the cod come out 2 play next week.
