Cheers Davy - a nice surprise given that nobody around was getting anything...tried a change of tactic for a codling but got the bass instead, makes a nice change. Felt sorry for Kev on my right who lost a fish around 5lb at his feet in the last 20 mins - pulled off in the backwash, but a least he managed a sizer at the end to save the blank.
